You must determine whether to keep the hair or not, as soon as you receive the item. Customers have 7 days to make a return for exchange/refund provided that the hair has not been used. Important Federal Law
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to returning/exchanging of merchandise. All items sent to us for return/exchange will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes wearing, dying, washing, brushing combing, etc.
Return/ Exchange Policy Guidelines
THERE IS A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS.
Please contact us at Info@Indianhairstore.com before returning merchandise as ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE DISREGARDED. MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED!!
A return/exchange can be made within 7 days of purchase. Returns/Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days.
Merchandise along with a copy of the original invoice must be received by Indianhairstore.com before a refund/exchange is granted.
Merchandise must be in the original condition the customer has received it (i.e. unworn, untied, undamaged, unbrushed, etc.) in order for a refund or exchange.
We offer one exchange per order.
All Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense. Please note: If you've received free shipping on a purchase and a return is made, Indianhairstore.com will charge you for the cost of the original shipping.

Once an order is shipped, it is a completed order. Please refer to the Return/Exchange Guideline.
For same day shipping (in-stock items only), orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
All orders are subject to verification. We reserve the right to ship to the billing address only.
Not available for P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available for FPO/APO.
Standard Delivery- Order usually arrives within 5-10 business days (in-stock items only).
Next Business Day- Next business day delivery for orders placed by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday as we do not offer Saturday delivery. Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska. Please Note: Due to UPS's recent cost increases and changes with their polices, UPS will begin charging return fees. That is, if you place an order from Indianhairstore.com but do not accept the package or cancel the package en-route, then UPS will charge additional fees to return the package back to us. Subsequently, this fee will be charged to the customer's account.
